    The chain is so small

    The chain is so small that I dropped and it got all tangled I couldnt untangle I did not even get to try onMuch smaller then the images and not worth the money

    Broke within a month

    I got this from my fiancé as a anniversary gift. It was very small lettering compared to the photos displayed. It was very disappointing and the photos of the necklace he thought he was getting were 100% misleading. This is false advertisement. My necklace broke, not even the clasp the actual lettering. I brought it to a jeweler to be fixed and they said it would not even be worth it, that the lettering is so poorly made it would just continue to break and have to get fixed repeatedly. 400 dollars down the drain. No response from this company. I would 10/10 recommend never buying anything from this company. Save your money!

    They are willing to work with you if things did not come out well

    The necklace looked great but it was not nearly strong enough for everyday wearing despite the use of 14K gold (which is stronger). Seller offered to rebuild the necklace with some modifications that would make it stronger and we took the bet and accepted that offer. In the end the new necklace looks great and is reasonably durable. The key is in the thickness and choice of fonts which depending on the name of your choice has to be chosen carefully.

    Disappointed

    Very disappointed about this necklace. It is much smaller than I anticipated even though I selected the “large nameplate.” I paid $383.00 for this necklace which is way too expensive for the size I got. I have two other gold nameplate necklaces which do not even add up to that price.
